2. Data collected when visiting the website

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify automatically records information in server log files (including IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type, referrer URL). This data is processed to technically operate and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify, Inc. states it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally uses EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to the USA. 3. Cookies

This website currently uses no cookies and no analytics or marketing tools (e.g. tracking or statistics services). Should this change — for example through the later addition of analytics tools — this section will be updated accordingly, with a consent banner added if legally required.

4. Orders and contract processing

To fulfil orders we collect the data necessary for contract performance (name, delivery address, email, and payment data where applicable). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). Payment data is processed via our payment provider Revolut Bank UAB, German branch, Unter den Linden 40, 10117 Berlin (Revolut Business payment links) — their privacy notice additionally applies.

5. Shipping

To deliver goods, we pass the necessary address data to our shipping provider, DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn.

6. Marketplaces (Etsy)

For purchases made via our Etsy shop, Etsy Inc./Etsy Ireland UC's own privacy policy additionally applies, as Etsy acts as a (joint) controller for processing order data there.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, port, and object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact the address above to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
