Terms and Conditions
This is an English-language summary for convenience. The German version is the legally binding one — see § 3 below.
§ 1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders consumers place with Niklas-Amoah Alotey (trading as "Kniff") via the kniff.shop online shop.
§ 2 Contracting party, formation of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Niklas-Amoah Alotey, Württembergallee 27, 14052 Berlin (further details in the Legal Notice). Product listings in the shop are not a binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting an order you make a binding offer to purchase. We confirm receipt of your order by email without delay; this confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract unless we state so explicitly.
§ 3 Contract language
The language available for concluding the contract is German. This English page is a courtesy summary only.
§ 4 Prices and shipping costs
Stated prices are final prices. Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German small-business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown. Any additional shipping costs are shown separately on the relevant product page and during checkout.
§ 5 Payment
The shop accepts the following payment methods: credit and debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed via Revolut Business (payment links).
§ 6 Delivery
Delivery within Germany is by DHL, usually within 1–2 business days of dispatch. Expected delivery times are shown on the product page or during checkout. Since some products are only printed once an order is received, delivery time may differ from standard shipping times — this is communicated transparently in each case.
§ 7 Retention of title
Delivered goods remain our property until paid in full.
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies. Manufacturer warranty information exists only where expressly stated in the relevant listing.
§ 9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal duty), limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
§ 10 Consumer dispute resolution
We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 11 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
